a melody fills the room.

Exchange of words,
"I love you", " don't ever let me go."
Yearning hearts until the end of the show.
The curtain drops as goodnight yields
red velvet brushing the edge of bliss,
Held together by a golden rope,
released gently with each tender kiss.
